Online Store Return Policy
We accept returns within 30 days of the original order date.* The product must be like new and cannot have been removed from the original packaging. All products must be returned in their original shipping carton. There is a 10% restocking fee on all returns.
*Please note: pillows are considered a personal item and are not returnable.
Return Shipping
Customer is responsible for paying the return shipping cost and the original drop ship fee ($8). Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping, the 10% restocking fee and the drop ship fee ($8) will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds
All returns will be inspected upon receipt. We will immediately notify you of any problems. Once your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). The refund amount will be for the original purchase price less shipping and any other fees as described above. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Warranty Claims

To make a warranty claim, please send the following to warranty@maloufsleep.com:
- a picture of the problem
- and a copy of your order receipt
