Due to the personal nature of pillows, The Sleep Store will not offer exchanges or refunds on any pillow purchases for any reason.
We accept returns within 30 days of the original order date. The product must be like new and cannot have been removed from the original packaging. All product must be returned in its original shipping carton. There is a 10% restocking fee on all returns.
Customer is responsible for paying the return shipping cost and the original drop ship fee ($8). Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping, the 10% restocking fee and the drop ship fee ($8) will be deducted from your refund.

All returns will be inspected upon receipt. We will immediately notify you of any problems. Once your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). The refund amount will be for the original purchase price less shipping and any other fees as described above. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

- and a copy of your order receipt
